If the order value is below 500 yuan, we will charge a reasonable packing fee. All wholesale orders will be sent via logistics (you can specify, or we can help you find a reputable logistics company). The freight will be collected upon delivery, and the logistics company will be responsible for self-collection. For every 500 yuan of goods, there will be a 5 yuan wood frame fee, and this fee will be calculated accordingly. We will ship your order within 48 hours after receiving payment.

5. How are damaged products handled?

7. About the color difference issue

9. About the issue of wood frame fees
Most of our company's products are ceramic crafts, which are fragile. Therefore, for orders over 500 yuan, we charge a 5 yuan wood frame fee, for orders over 1000 yuan, we charge a 10 yuan fee, and so on.
10. When will the shipment be made after I make the payment?
Due to the fact that each product's packaging requires 3-4 processes, the packaging is extremely tedious. Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 48 hours after receiving your payment. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in time. 11. About the shipping method
Yiwu to all counties and cities basically have direct logistics, when choosing logistics, we will choose the nearest unloading point to you. Of course, you can also specify the logistics you are familiar with, tell us the contact information and address of the logistics company. Can unsold products be exchanged?

15. How are your products packaged?
We individually wrap each product in bubble wrap, then place it in an individual cardboard box, and finally secure it within a larger cardboard shipping box. We reinforce the outer box with wooden strips for additional protection. Each layer of packaging is crucial to ensure the safety of our products. These processes are all performed by our professional packing team, who take responsibility for your goods as if they were their own. Therefore, please trust us! 16. I am not confident about your products. Can you provide samples?
We can provide samples, but the price of the samples is twice the price plus packaging and shipping fees (the difference will be refunded when returning the order). Please don't ask me why I have increased the price. People who are sincere in business understand.
