Q2: Can LED UV printers print embossing effects?
Answer: Yes, it can print press flower effect. For more information or sample pictures, please contact our representative salesperson.
Q3: Must the product be pre-coated?
Answer: Some materials require pre-coating, such as metals, glass, etc.
Q4: How do we start using the printer?
Answer: We will send the manual and video tutorials along with the printer's packaging. Before using the machine, please read the manual and watch the video tutorials, and operate strictly according to the instructions. We will also provide high-quality service by offering free technical support online.
Q5: What about the warranty?
Answer: Our factory provides one-year warranty: any parts that are used normally (except for print heads, ink pumps, and ink cartridges) will be replaced with new ones within one year (excluding shipping costs). After one year, we only charge for the cost.
Q6: How much does printing cost?
Usually, it costs about $1 per square meter. The printing cost is very low.
Q7: How to adjust the print height?
Answer: Aily UV printer is equipped with infrared sensors to enable the printer to automatically detect the height of the printing object.
Q8: Where can I buy spare parts and ink?
Answer: Our factory also provides spare parts and inks, and you can purchase them directly from our factory or other local market suppliers.
