About shipping
1. The default delivery for small items is ZTO or Yunda, and for large items within the province, Pingan Da/Speedstar is used. For large items outside the province, Deutsche Post AG is used. If the area is not reached or the customer specifies an area, please contact customer service to make up the freight difference, and if customer service is not contacted, the delivery is considered invalid. If you need to arrange freight/logistics, the freight is paid upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up. The prices provided by the customer service are estimated prices, for reference only, and the actual freight charges are determined.
2. When the goods are shipped, we will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the products! Please check for any damage to the outer box, such as compression damage, when you sign for the delivery. Verify the quantity and any damage to the products before signing. Please confirm with the courier in person. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after signing, and provide photos or videos. If you sign without checking the quantity and find a shortage of goods, we reserve the right to not accept the responsibility.
3. Our store has a large shipment volume. If our customer service and staff are unable to contact you in time due to stockouts, please contact us to arrange a refund once you receive the goods or to schedule the next restock together.
4. All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipment, and only those that are completely qualified are shipped. However, due to various uncertain factors, there may be product functionality deficiencies. Our store can only guarantee a 95-98% pass rate, with 2-5% falling within the exemption scope.
