Pump Installation and Precautions
1. Choose a place with firm soil and level the pump unit.
2. Check whether the bolts and nuts of the machine pump are loose.
3. The installation location of the pump should be as close to the water source and the water surface as possible to shorten the intake pipe.
4. When using an electric motor with the pump, it is important to ensure safe electrical use, and to ensure reliable grounding to prevent electric shocks. Also, check the direction of the pump's rotation to ensure it is correct.
5. When coupled to a diesel engine directly or via a belt, select a pump with the correct direction of rotation, and maintain it according to the diesel engine's maintenance instructions.
6. Follow the arrow's direction for operation, and strictly prohibit reverse rotation.
7. It is recommended that the rotational speed does not exceed 4000 rpm. For the power and speed of the motor or gasoline (diesel) engine, please refer to the parameters on the pump body label.
8. The motor belt disk and belt should match the model of the water pump.
9. The pump must be fixed before it starts working, and it should maintain a space of more than 0.8 meters from the matching motor.

10andDue to different power, the size and weight of the pump vary, but the overall design is essentially the same. For the first time of use, ensure to add water to the pump body. The inlet should be connected with a hard pipe, and the interface must be sealed to prevent air leakage.
