  1. When receiving the goods, be sure to check with the courier whether the products are damaged or missing first. Sign off only after confirming there are no defects. If any issues are found, refuse to sign off and contact us immediately. If you sign off without checking, we will not be responsible for any damage or missing items!!
  2. If a return is due to dissatisfaction with the product, if all accessories are present, a 20% refund at the purchase price will be provided. If any accessories are missing, additional charges will be applied, and both return and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
  3. For quality issues and causes related to our operational mistakes, we will cover the return shipping costs for both directions. (Valid within 24 hours of logistics delivery receipt)

  1: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area: It is recommended to use express delivery for door-to-door delivery. The shipping cost for one box is around $20. (In Yiwu area and Huangyan, Taizhou area) Express delivery is also available, with the cost for one box being about $5.

  2: Other regions: Generally, shipments are made via freight services. Charges are based on the distance traveled and calculated per item. The shipping fee is paid upon delivery. Freight companies typically do not offer door-to-door delivery; we are only responsible for transporting the goods to your city, and the freight company will notify you to collect them. Logistics charges are usually calculated based on items and weight. In major provincial capitals, the cost per item is approximately $25–$30. In transit cities, an additional $5–$15 may be required per item! The delivery time is generally around 3–6 days, though it may be delayed by a few days in special cases. You will be notified when the goods arrive, and no door-to-door service is provided. Logistics providers do not offer online tracking information. Please do not worry! During this time, ensure your contact information is active so someone can respond, as the freight will arrive at any time. Notify us to arrange pickup.
