Instructions for use:
Direct barbecue: Place the charcoal in the center of the grill rack, and place vegetables, meat, etc. directly on the grilling grid for cooking.
1. Maintenance of the oven regularly:
1. The barbecue grill must be kept clean; there should be no residual food from barbecuing or charcoal ash/grease.
2. Place the barbecue grill in a well-ventilated and dry area
3. Cover the barbecue grill cover
4. A layer of cooking oil can be applied to the baking sheet to prevent rusting
II. Before using the barbecue grill
1. Clean the barbecue grill and tighten all screws. During cooking, the grill will heat up and deform. If it is installed incorrectly or not securely, the deformation will become more severe, which may affect the cooking result.
2. Apply a layer of cooking oil on the baking sheet to prevent the food from sticking, and it will also be easier to clean.
III. During barbecue
1. The amount of charcoal should be moderate. If there is too much charcoal, it will generate high temperatures, which is not conducive to the cooker operator. Additionally, high temperatures may cause the components of the grill fire to heat up and deform, leading to damage to the grill. Generally, the area of the charcoal should be kept within 80% of the cooking pan area, and its height should not exceed the height of the grilling mesh.
2. The grilled foods must not exceed the normal load capacity of the grill and grilling grid. Otherwise, it is easy for the grid to fall down, causing deformation and posing a risk.
3. Do not add liquid fuel additives or sprays to the charcoal fire during use
4. After barbecue
1. Wait until the fire naturally dies out and the barbecue grill cools to room temperature. Then remove the charcoal ash and wipe the grill clean. The baking tray and mesh can be cleaned using clean water and a cleaning brush.
2. Dry the barbecue grill with a clean dry cloth
3. Apply a layer of cooking oil on the baking sheet
