1. Logistics/Express Delivery Instructions

1. For samples or small quantities of loose goods, the default couriers are Zhongtong Express and Baishi Express (if Shunfeng is required, the shipping fee will be paid by the buyer). If neither of these carriers can deliver, please confirm with customer service. The shipping cost varies slightly depending on the distance, volume, and weight of the goods, and it is paid by the buyer. Please verify this before making a payment. If the shipping fee is not paid before placing the order, we will refuse to ship.
2. For goods packaged in full boxes or bulk orders, if there is a long-term logistics partner, you can directly confirm with the customer service staff. If the logistics company has a receiving point in Cai Tang Town, our factory can arrange delivery directly to that point. If no fixed logistics partner exists, based on the customer’s city, our factory will arrange delivery via regional express logistics companies, either directly or through a transfer to the customer’s city’s logistics company warehouse. After arrival, the logistics company will notify the customer to pick up the goods from the warehouse. There is no door-to-door delivery service, and all costs are borne by the customer. Most logistics warehouses are located in the suburbs of cities. For customers who find it inconvenient to pick up the goods themselves, please indicate this in advance and confirm a suitable logistics company with the customer service staff, or arrange delivery via a logistics company. In all cases, the shipping and delivery fees are fully charged by the buyer.
