After-sales instructions

1. From the date of receipt of the goods, we support a 7-day return policy without any reason, provided that the returned products do not affect secondary sales. 2. If any of the following conditions apply to the returned products, they will be considered as affecting secondary sales:

（1）The blue transparent plastic film on the inside of the printer's case has been removed.
(2) The printer is activated with ink or has been powered on for use.
(3) The product, its inner and outer packaging, and spare parts may be missing, damaged, contaminated, or worn.

If there are any problems within 15 days that cannot be resolved, you can send the product back to the headquarters for testing (the user should bear the initial freight costs, and we do not support cash on delivery).

If the test result indicates a quality problem, the product can be replaced and the user's shipping fee will be refunded.
If the test result indicates that the problem is not due to quality issues or caused by human error, we will promptly inform the user and work together to resolve the issue.
