1. This after-sales service is only applicable to printers and products sold by this store.
2. Printers for empty aircraft using non-original consumables, or modified machines for other purposes, are not covered by warranty
3. 7-day no-reason return and exchange requires that the product packaging and accessories be complete, unopened, unpowered on, and unused for activation testing. The packaging box must not use text-striped tape for secondary sealing, and the foam and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
4. If the original consumables were purchased by mistake due to non-quality issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted after opening (please confirm the machine model and whether the consumable can be used before purchase or use).
5. Please note, those who place orders by default: the printer and original consumables belong to electronic and original consumables categories; they are not defective. After opening the package, they cannot be resold fresh. No return or exchange is allowed within seven days. Please ensure that the unpacked packaging meets your needs and the appropriate model before opening it. Once confirmed, proceed with unpacking, installation, and use.

After-sales Instructions

1. Starting from the date of receipt, free return without reason is available for 7 days. The returned items will not affect secondary sales. 2. If the returned item shows any of the following conditions, it will be considered to affect secondary sales:

(1) The blue transparent plastic film on the printer inside the case has been torn off
(2) The printer was activated by refilling ink or was already powered on for use
(3) Loss, damage, contamination, or wear and tear of products, internal and external packaging, and spare parts

If any issues occur within 15 days, and cannot be resolved, the product can be sent back to the headquarters for inspection (the shipping cost shall be borne by the user, no cash on delivery is supported).

(1) If the inspection reveals quality issues, a new one can be provided, and the shipping cost for the user will be refunded.
(2) If the test results indicate no quality issues or faults caused by human error, the user will be notified promptly for coordination and resolution.
