We will try our best to match the items according to your request, but there may be shortages, so please understand. For large items, please leave a note in the remarks section; for small items, they are sent randomly. Colors and styles are chosen randomly, but you can note down your preferences, and we will try to match them accordingly. If a color or style is unavailable, we will send it randomly. Please accept our apologies! There is a field for notes when ordering together.

 

3: Are the products listed in stock? What if there is a shortage? All of our items are available immediately for purchase; those displayed as purchasable on the page are indeed in stock, so please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional cases where some items are not promptly removed from the list, resulting in shortages. We apologize for this and will refund you for any items that are unavailable or not shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as you receive your order. 4: I have already paid. When can the shipment be made, and approximately how long will it take to arrive?

When your items are light, it is recommended to use express shipping; the shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system based on the weight of the products being ordered; in regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, delivery typically takes 2–3 days, while in other provinces, it takes approximately 3–7 days. The exact delivery time cannot be determined. Thank you for understanding.

If you have a large number of products or they are heavy, we recommend sending them by logistics service. Logistics in Yiwu covers almost all parts of the country. You can visit www.156.net to check whether delivery is available to your city. For cities with direct logistics delivery, the shipping cost per item is around 10–25 yuan, and items will arrive within 2–3 days after shipment. For cities requiring transit, the shipping cost per item is around 25–35 yuan, and items will reach you in 5–7 days after shipment. The shipping costs mentioned are for reference only, and actual charges will depend on the standards set by each shipping department.

If you have a specific shipping method specified, please indicate the shipping address and contact number in the notes; otherwise, we will ship randomly and try to deliver to the nearest shipping station closest to you. For customers who have difficulty picking up their items or live in the city center, it is recommended to choose Jiji or Deppon logistics, as these two logistics companies have unloading points throughout the city center, and they can also deliver to your doorstep. The delivery fee will be calculated separately.

 

Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges due to quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping costs. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping costs. We do not accept expensive logistics services such as Deppon or Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu. If these regulations are violated, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. No returns or exchanges will be provided if there are no quality issues.
2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3. In case the customer specifies the product color or style, we will do our best to meet their requirements, but not necessarily. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns or exchanges and have the customer bear the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: A. The package of returned products is damaged or incomplete, or the accessories or related documents are missing; B. Unauthorized repairs or modifications; C. Use or storage not in accordance with normal methods; D. Color mismatches, and items outside the warranty period.
