Customer Order Instructions (Precautions)
1. Regarding the final version:

Before official printing, we will send you a screenshot of the printed draft for your confirmation. Please carefully check that the final version we sent you is correct, especially in terms of text, as no modifications can be made after the printing plate is created, and printing will be done based on the finally confirmed draft.

2. Regarding color difference:

Due to differences in monitor resolution, lighting conditions, and environment, a color deviation of approximately 15% in actual printing is normal. Color variations also occur between different batches and versions of printing; therefore, two prints cannot have exactly the same colors. The use of laminating on the product also affects the actual color of the printed item.

For two identical products in the same batch, if the dimensions are too large, they cannot be printed on the same plate, and color variation will also occur. A slight color difference is normal.

If you have high requirements for color difference, if you cannot accept the color difference, please mention it before placing the order. After receiving the product, using this as a reason for a refund request will not result in a refund.

3. Regarding Prices:
For specific prices, please contact customer service. They will provide an accurate quote based on the structure, size, material, craftsmanship, and quantity of your box.

4. Regarding shipping:
The factory's shipping methods include Huolaila, express delivery, or logistics services. Please contact customer service before placing the order to confirm this. If no confirmation is received, the factory will arrange shipping based on actual circumstances. To protect your rights and interests, be sure to check for any damage to the goods and verify the quantities in front of the delivery driver upon receipt.

5. Regarding refunds:

Since it is a custom product, not a quality issue, returns and refunds are not accepted.
