1. The product can be customized according to your requirements, with the possibility of changing materials and colors, controlling costs, meeting customer specifications, and being redesigned based on client needs.
2. If sample production is required, the typical timeline is 5–7 days. The sample fee ranges from 200 to 500 yuan, depending on the complexity of the design. A refund of the sample fee will be provided if the order value exceeds 1000 yuan. We can also produce patterns based on client drawings or samples.
3. When adding the customer LOGO during sample production, if the LOGO requires mold making, the metal molds typically cost between 600 and 800 yuan each, while plastic molds usually range from 100 to 200 yuan. For multi-color printing when the area is large, the printing stencil costs generally range from 100 to 2,000 yuan (the mold fees are not refunded).
4. For custom logos provided by customers, the minimum order quantity is typically 1000 units.
5. Product packaging: bags for packaging, the number of items packed in boxes is determined based on actual needs. Seamless packaging is used, and the outer box has double packing straps for greater safety during transportation.
6. Payment method: A 30% deposit must be paid to the manufacturer when placing an order, and the remaining 70% must be paid before delivery. After receiving the payment, we will ship the goods. If you have concerns about quality, our factory is willing to accept any inspection method before shipment.
7. After-sales service: If any quality issues occur during use by consumers, and they are caused by the factory, customers may return to the factory for free repair.
