■ About the Products: All the products manufactured by our factory are subject to strict quality inspection. Only those that pass the quality test are allowed to be shipped. However, these are not high-end crafts with exorbitant prices but mechanically mass-produced stainless steel products. In case of minor silver scratches on some products, this is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a quality issue. Note: Products with no quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Size issue: Stainless steel products are generally not full size, for example, a 26cm pot actually measures 25cm or 25.5cm, with a difference of about 1cm. If you want to know the actual size, please ask the customer service. The stainless steel industry is quite special, so please understand the buyer.

■ Real-object photography: All the images of our products are taken from actual items. Due to differences in shooting lighting and computer resolution, there may be a slight color difference. We will try our best to reduce the difference between the images and the actual items to ensure that you can buy reliable and affordable goods with confidence.

Customization: Customers who need to customize the logo, once the prototype is confirmed to be correct, cannot exchange or return for any reason. Because the logo after laser engraving and steel stamping cannot be scratched or washed off, the seller cannot resell it, please be informed!

Notes:

1. Before using stainless steel tableware for food, it must be boiled and washed several times to perform high-temperature sterilization.
2. Do not allow stainless steel products to stay in contact with soy sauce, soup, or other salty substances (or other acidic or alkaline substances) for a long time, to prevent rusting.
3. Sometimes, the inside of stainless steel utensils may develop some red rust spots due to the presence of iron or other substances in the contents. You can remove these spots by soaking the utensils in warm water mixed with diluted vinegar for 30 minutes, and then thoroughly cleaning them.
4. Avoid spills, falls, collisions, and strong impacts, as these may cause deformation of stainless steel products, affecting their appearance and effectiveness.
5. Stainless steel utensils should be cleaned with soft cloths and diluted dishwasher detergent, avoiding the use of alkaline bleach, metal scrapers, or chemical cleaning cloths.
6. To prevent the production of odors or stains and to maintain long-lasting cleanliness, please clean the item thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.

7. After stainless steel utensils are heated at high temperatures, do not directly touch them with your hands to avoid scalding.
