Regarding logistics: small items can be sent by courier, and large items are recommended to be sent by freight forwarding. Our cooperating couriers are Guotong, Quanfeng, Youspeed, and SF Express, and the charges are based on actual weight. Freight forwarding is collect on delivery. If you need us to pay the freight forwarding fee in advance, please contact our customer service.
About shipping: normally, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. In special cases, such as during peak seasonal periods or when the warehouse is out of stock, the shipping time may be extended appropriately. Please understand.
About receiving the goods: Please verify if there are any damage or missing goods before signing for the delivery. If there are any issues, please contact us first to negotiate the handling.
Regarding out-of-stock items: To ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, we will first contact customers whose orders are out of stock. 2. If there are any quality issues with the product, a return or exchange is possible. If the product is not due to quality issues, no returns will be accepted. Please be informed.
3. If the product is damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service. The photo must show two details: first, a picture of the unharmed shipping box; second, a detailed view of the damaged product. This will help us communicate with you to replenish the stock.
