1. Return and exchange policy: Please read the return and exchange policy we publish on Alibaba carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary disputes. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service. Be sure to be sure!!
2. Multi-color and diverse products are randomly distributed by default. The company will do its best to meet the product colors and styles specified by customers in the order notes. If the warehouse inventory does not have the required colors or styles for a specific order, we do not accept returns resulting from this.
3. We are a wholesale company. If you are purchasing for personal use (for example, when most items in your order are purchased in pairs), please take an alternative route! We cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual customers.
We support express delivery and trucking logistics.
Shipping by courier: For small orders, you can place the order directly. Alibaba’s system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, and the pricing will be displayed accordingly. If you have a specific courier company in mind, please contact customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will use the default courier for shipping.
Trucking and logistics: If your cargo is heavy (over 30 kilograms, or not from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai regions), we strongly recommend using trucking for logistics to reduce transportation costs. For example, sending a 10-kilogram item to Shenzhen typically incurs express delivery fees of 40–50 yuan, while trucking only requires 10–15 yuan. The time required for both logistics and express delivery to receive the goods is nearly the same. After the goods arrive, the shipping department will call you to arrange pickup at the designated pickup point. Generally, you should pick up the goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.

2. Regarding colors
Information such as the color, pattern, and packaging of the web page products is for reference only. Differences in color between product images and actual items may occur due to shooting lighting and color differences on different monitors. All details shall be based on the actual product. If there are any differences between the product’s color, pattern, or packaging and the description on Alibaba, it is not considered a quality issue, and we do not accept returns.
3. Regarding after-sales service
a) Items damaged due to human factors (such as unauthorized repairs, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation), items with incomplete packaging, and items that have been reprocessed – we will not accept returns.
b) Since the factory may modify the product packaging based on production conditions, the outer packaging and images on the website may differ from those of previously purchased items. This does not constitute a quality issue, and we do not accept returns due to this reason;
c) Multi-color and diverse products are randomly distributed by default. The company will do its best to meet the product colors and styles specified by customers in the order notes. If the warehouse inventory does not meet the customer’s requirements regarding colors or styles for a specific order, we do not accept returns arising from this
d) Reasons related to personal preferences (smell, color, model, appearance) will not result in a return; if the buyer believes there is an issue with the product quality, please provide a legally recognized written assessment; otherwise, a return will not be accepted
e) Package damage: Upon receiving the package, please verify whether there is any damage or loss of goods before signing for it. If so, ask the courier to provide a certificate before signing, and contact us. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the courier company, and therefore cannot provide any after-sales service, including for lost or damaged goods.
5. Regarding shipping
We are a wholesale company and do not engage in retail sales. If you purchase for personal use (for example, most items in an order are in quantities of 1 or 2), please take a different route, as we cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual users.
6 Regarding Returns
If there are quality issues with the products, you may return or exchange them within 60 days. We allow one return or exchange per order. You can accumulate the defective items and send them back to our company every 45 days. Please cover the shipping cost upfront; after receiving the items, we will reimburse 1 kilogram of shipping fees according to the calculations published on our website (the shipping fee standards for both shipments and returns are the same). You may also choose to return the defective items immediately, but the return shipping cost will be borne by you. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
