All goods in our store support mixed batch orders, with a minimum order quantity per item not less than the small packaging quantity (units that cannot be sold separately, such as whole packages or boxes). In principle, we do not make retail sales.
When placing an order, many soft goods such as cleaning sponges, dishcloths, cleaning wipes, bath sponges, bath towels, garbage bags, and tissues should be added. When these items are packed together with fragile items and plastic products (which are susceptible to compression), they can serve as a cushioning and shock-absorbing effect, preventing heavy pressure and damage!
At present, the logistics industry is rough in operation, and when the freight department is unloading goods, there is a possibility of damaging the goods.
Please fill the interior of the box with as soft an object as possible to avoid damage to your goods during long-distance transportation!
Please pay attention to the goods again and again! (The damage caused by logistics has nothing to do with our store, and we will not be responsible!)
First, you need to see the sample in small quantities. All shipments will be sent by SF Express and the freight will be collected upon delivery!
Default shipping method for our store is through logistics (car freight by the freight market)! We only accept payment for the goods, and do not include shipping costs. The freight charges are to be paid by the consignee upon delivery (when picking up the goods, pay to the freight company)!
If you have specified logistics, please make sure to note the contact information for the specified logistics or the exact shipping address in the 'Buyer Message' area to the left of the 'Submit Order' button!
Customers should enter '0' for 'Logistics Freight' when submitting an order (freight to be collected). We cannot guarantee the delivery time and do not accept any urgent deliveries!
During the transaction process: After the customer places an order, our store will directly zero out the "logistics freight" (changing it to 0), and the buyer will then pay for the goods; Our store does not bear the freight cost of car transportation.); We have our own physical wholesale store and warehouse offline, welcome to take goods in bulk, and long-term cooperation, we offer preferential treatment for large quantities."
All the product photos in our store are real pictures with no signs of Photoshop processing, making it convenient for suppliers to make their selections.
After that, please take a moment to review the order before placing it:
1. Regarding the products: As our store caters to the mid-to-low end market, the prices are already very low. If you expect the quality of goods that you can purchase for 1-2 yuan to be the same as those that cost 5-10 yuan, we cannot meet your expectations. The common sense of 'you get what you pay for' is something everyone should understand. For customers who are both greedy for bargains and demand high-quality goods, please look elsewhere. Additionally: Before the goods are picked and shipped from the warehouse, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection to try to identify any defective or inferior products. Based on this, if you receive a product with any imperfections, we do not offer refunds or exchanges; the profit margin on small goods is very thin, and we focus on volume, so please understand!
2. Regarding the damage during transportation, our store has offline physical wholesale stores, and the warehouse is equipped with personnel who are long-term responsible for packing and dispatch, with rich experience. They will carefully pack for you, but there are also inevitable rough handling behaviors in the logistics and courier industry, even if the packaging is good, it is difficult to ensure there will be no damage. If the damage is within 5% is normal, please bear it yourself; if there is a large amount of damage, please consult with us to jointly demand compensation from the logistics or courier company, and both parties should bear the responsibility. If you cannot bear this, please do not place an order. When receiving the goods, please check: is the outer packaging intact, is there any damage to the inside goods! If the courier does not cooperate with the inspection, you can complain to the corresponding courier company. For items that are easily damaged, they should be opened and inspected on the spot to see if there is any damage! If there is, please refuse to sign! And please take photos on site to record, as evidence for compensation claims to the courier company or logistics enterprise. Signing means recognizing that the goods in the box are intact! Please carefully sign!
3. About after-sales service: If a buyer finds that the goods they receive do not meet the requirements, are sent incorrectly, or are missing within the same day of receiving the goods, please contact our store in time to negotiate the relevant matters! Our store will handle the return or refund after receiving the returned goods. For missing goods, we will either send the missing goods or refund the corresponding amount directly to the buyer's Alipay account. For large customers with a large order quantity, if they are unsure whether the quality of the goods meets the requirements, they can negotiate to send samples. After seeing the samples, if they are satisfied, they can place the order. (If the return is caused by the quality of the goods not meeting the requirements after the sample is not seen in advance, the return freight is not related to our store, and the buyer needs to bear it themselves.)
