【1】：Shopping process
Our products are available for small quantities on a stock basis, but for larger quantities, we need to produce and ship them. We offer custom OEM manufacturing, logo, and label printing services. Packaging can also be customized. Alternatively, you can purchase our sample goods directly. Our products are packaged in simple bags, and other packaging options can be discussed. After confirming the product variety, quantity, and total amount, you can make a payment to our designated bank account or conduct an Alipay transaction. Please inform us of your shipping address, phone number, and recipient through phone, QQ, or TradeCom. Our factory will use the appropriate transportation method to deliver your goods to the destination you specify based on your actual goods.

【2】：Transport Mode
1. Small quantities of samples (goods) are generally shipped via courier or mail. Products that can be mixed batches in the store do not include free shipping. For information on shipping costs, please consult our online customer service staff.
We ship with domestic large logistics companies such as Deyong and City Star (or as specified by the customer), and the freight is generally paid upon arrival. For small items, the default courier is Quick Express and Speedtrend Express. For samples, we use SF Express and the cost is paid upon arrival. For courier services, we will collect the courier fee initially and adjust accordingly (as we need to pack the goods to determine the exact freight cost). For specific freight charges, please consult our customer service staff.
For shipments of more than one box, all transportation will be done by road freight, directly to the buyer's specified city. It will take 1-3 days to reach the direct cities, and 3-7 days to reach the transit cities.
3. The factory will arrange transportation for the buyer, but the freight is the buyer's responsibility. The goods are to be picked up at the warehouse or delivery can be arranged upon request!

【3】：Sign for the goods
Please inspect the goods in person after receiving the shipment to ensure the quantity is correct and there are no disassembly or other abnormal conditions. Then, you can sign for the goods.
