1: About How to Place an Order

Step 2: Customization Process

The client provides the design draft, our company confirms the document, the client pays the prototype fee, our company arranges the prototype and sends out the sample. (The sample fee is returned after reaching the quantity order).

The customer confirms the sample, signs the large-volume production contract, pays a 30%-50% deposit, and our company arranges the production of the large-volume goods. After the large-volume goods (take photos or send the customer to confirm the sample), the customer pays the balance, and our company arranges the shipment.

Note: If the custom-made order is placed and paid on Alipay, it will be considered as the contract taking effect. Our company will start to produce according to the customer's requirements. The customer shall not cancel the order without any reason during the process, and if the order is canceled, the customer must pay the seller's cost.

Section Three: About Shipping and Transportation

We will ship your order as soon as possible after receiving your payment, and we will arrange the shipment according to the buyer's payment sequence. We kindly ask all customers to contact the merchant before purchasing to inquire about the goods they wish to purchase, including transportation and other matters. This will enable you to accurately understand the product situation and help to reduce and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. The default shipping fee in the back-end is for express delivery. If the quantity is large, it can be delivered to the logistics freight forwarding point for free.

All products are inspected and packaged before leaving the factory. We strive to deliver products without any issues to you. However, due to the manual inspection process, there may be occasional products with damage or contamination. If you receive such products, please contact the store owner immediately to resolve the issue. Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting us first. Thank you.

Due to the differences in shooting light and monitors, as well as the slight variations in dyeing between batches of fabric, the colors may slightly differ. If you are very strict about color, please consider carefully before purchasing.
