Shopping Tips
| 1. Within 24 hours of receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service in a timely manner. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the product's outer box). Please return the product using postal flat mail or the customer's own choice of method, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We do not accept returns where the customer pays for the shipping costs. |
| 2、Damage issues: Plastic products may have damage during transportation, which is not a quality issue. Damage is different from quality problems because the violence of transportation and handling cannot be controlled, and damage is inevitable. We can only strengthen packing. If there is any damage, you can return the products to us at a 90% discount for a refund. Our company is responsible for recovering damaged products, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. For ordinary logistics plastic products, there is no compensation processing. We can only sell damaged products as waste materials, so we can only bear some of the costs ourselves. Please understand that our transportation damage service is not adequate. |
| 3. Before returning the goods, please communicate with the customer service and cooperate with the list of items in the box to indicate: customer's name, product name, quantity, goods amount, specific reasons for product quality, and the request for a refund or exchange. We need these records to handle the application. |
| 4. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns. The return rate for different products varies, and it is determined according to the actual situation of the product! |
