Warnings and Suggestions:
1. All products are tested before leaving the factory, but there may be some exceptions. If you receive goods with minor issues, you can accumulate them and send them back for a replacement (the return freight from the buyer and the shipping cost to the seller will be paid separately). For example, if Buyer A places an order and finds some defective items after receiving the goods (excluding large quantities), they should immediately request the seller to bear the round-trip shipping costs for a replacement. We will not accept such requests as the shipping costs are too high.
2. The basic warranty for our products is half a month. For customers with long-term cooperation, we can provide long-term warranty. For damage caused by human factors, we do not replace: such as scratches, aging, discoloration, damage, crushing, and dirt.
3. For returned goods, each item must have a note clearly stating the problem. Items without a problem note will not be eligible for warranty service!
4. We do not provide a return or exchange service for sold goods. If you are unsure of the quality, please start with a smaller quantity to check the sample. No buyer wants to receive goods that have been returned by other buyers. We can only strictly control the return and exchange process to ensure the interests of each buyer and ensure that each buyer receives brand new goods. We hope that all buyers will understand. If a return occurs, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and the return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer!
Repair operation method: Wait until the defective parts accumulate, then send them back to replace them together (the freight for sending the replacement to the buyer is paid by the buyer, and the freight for sending them back to the seller is paid by the seller). The freight is paid in equal shares.
