1. Return and exchange policy: If there is a quality issue with the product, you may return or exchange it within 60 days. We allow one return or exchange per order. Trucking and logistics: If your cargo is heavy (over 15 kilograms, or not from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai regions), we strongly recommend using trucking for transportation to reduce costs. For example, sending a 10-kilogram item to Shenzhen typically incurs express delivery fees of 40–50 yuan, while trucking only costs 10 yuan. The time required for delivery via logistics and express delivery is almost the same. After the goods arrive, the shipping department will call you to arrange pickup at the designated pickup point. Generally, you should collect the goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
