Wholesale Guide (Upon transaction, acceptance of the following terms is assumed):

You may not know our advantages, but you must be aware of our weaknesses. We focus on mid-to-low-end products and serve the general public. We sell at a small profit—it’s possible to make money, but it’s also impossible to lose. Please understand us better after comparing the product value for money. Please abide by the following agreement:

 

1. For all product physical photos, there may be slight differences between batches received. The photos and description data are for reference only; the final product shall prevail. Styles and colors are sent randomly. Returns or exchanges are not accepted based on minor differences in color, style, data, or price.

Example (but not limited to): 1. The weight indicated on your online product is 20g, but the weight I measured is only 19.8g. I demand a return and cover any shipping costs incurred; otherwise, I will file a complaint and give a negative review.

2. Your product prices are too low, the quality is poor, and it’s difficult to sell. I need a return or a compensation for the higher price; otherwise, I will file a complaint and give a negative review.

3. I don’t like red. Why did you send me a red product and ask for compensation for emotional distress? Either return it and cover the shipping cost, or file a complaint and give a negative review.

4. Your exercise book has only 37 pages, so why is it marked as 40 pages? Fraud, swindler—you decide what to do, otherwise you will file a complaint and...

II. For mid-to-low-end products, we do not accept negative reviews. Please consider the cost-performance ratio of the products before bulk ordering. Our products have withstood the wear and tear of the market over the past 20 years, and still hold significant market potential. In Taobao, we aim to do business and make friends; we refuse to receive negative reviews under any circumstances. Examples (but not limited to):

I just don’t believe it. I came here to give you negative reviews. It’s a product worth just a few cents; I bought 1000 units and will give you 1000 negative reviews. I’m not looking for anything in return, just to feel at ease.

Buying items in Taobao has become routine for me—I’m used to finding faults. If I don’t find any faults, why would I go to Taobao for wholesale? Why can’t I leave a review? The product quality is poor, so why should I give a negative review?

3. The customer service is poor, and the product quality is also bad. I have feedback to share—could you mention it in your positive review? Of course, we welcome that. You have supported our business, and our customer service team is grateful for your patronage. Why is the service so poor? Why is the product quality so poor? We welcome you to provide more constructive suggestions, improve our services, and offer better support to you and other customers.

III. Regarding transportation and delivery: Wholesale mainly involves logistics shipping, with shipments originating from Yiwu, a city with advanced logistics infrastructure. No freight collection is provided; customers must pick up the goods at the shipping station and pay the freight directly to the station. After placing an order, simply request a freight charge of 0. The default freight cost for purchases is that of express delivery, though there may be variations in some regions. Please contact customer service to confirm the freight amount before making the payment. All wholesale items are not covered by free shipping. If the freight amount is insufficient during shipping, customer service will contact you to cover the difference, and the freight will be considered received. We have the right to refuse delivery for orders where payment is refused for any reason.

4. Details on Returns and Exchanges

1. If any product shows functional failure within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly. No further action will be taken after the deadline.

2. If the customer discovers that the outer packaging is severely deformed or damaged upon receipt, it is necessary to open the package for inspection. If the goods are received not in accordance with the requirements, and damage or loss occurs due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility (pre-shipment, there are inspections, video records, and weight logs).

3. All customers are requested to protect the complete packaging of the product, ensure that accessories and related materials are intact, and if there are any quality issues with the product itself, we will provide returns or replacements within the specified time.

4. Some defective items and 2% loss in orders are normal. If significant losses occur after each transaction, please contact customer service within 7 days. After that deadline, the customer loses the right to receive after-sales service, and requests will not be processed.

5. The portion of product damage exceeding 4% of the order value shall be borne by the buyer. That is, in addition to normal wear and tear, for each order, we will absorb an additional 2% compensation.

6. The round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the buyer. For returns due to quality issues, the standard is the actual shipping cost incurred (for example, if 5 yuan in delivery fees was paid when sending the item, only 5 yuan in compensation for shipping will be provided upon return).

5. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under the following circumstances

1. The returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories or relevant documents; repairs or modifications were made without authorization; it was used or stored in an incorrect manner; it has exceeded its shelf life; the returned product is labeled, or it is counterfeit. Items that cannot be sold as goods again.

2. When customers return items due to quality issues, they are required to send them back to our company via regular post or express delivery. The shipping cost is to be paid by the customer, and after receiving the goods, our company will cover the additional shipping fee and the actual product cost according to the postal service invoice. If customers return items via express delivery or other methods without contacting customer service first, we will refuse to accept them.

3. All returns must be made using a real name (i.e., the order sender’s name). Before sending the return package, it is necessary to communicate with customer service and provide a return list. The return list is included in the package to facilitate staff verification, thereby improving efficiency. 4. Returns that are sent without prior communication with customer service are not accepted.

5. Returns due to subjective reasons or returns without actual quality issues will not be accepted. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer, and any damage will be compensated at the agreed price.

6. Please do not return products not from our company; if such products are returned, we will not provide a refund.

7. Rejections of advance payment of shipping costs for various reasons, and cases where the return shipping cost exceeds the sending shipping cost, will not be accepted for refund.
