1. Regarding product images:
All images of our products are taken in real life, ensuring they match the actual items; however, color differences may occur when viewed under different lighting conditions or on various monitors. If you need to place an order, please provide the sample or inform us of the color card number.
2. Regarding sample production:
We can provide high-quality sample production services for customers. However, since the sampling process requires certain labor hours, a certain fee must be charged accordingly. If a cooperative relationship is established in the future, this fee will be refunded unconditionally.
3. Regarding sample costs:
For standard products, we will provide relevant samples to sincere customers, provided that...The customer covers the shipping costs; if the products are high-value or there are a large number of samples, the customer must pay a sample fee, which can be deducted from the payment in future collaborations.
4. Regarding production time:
Unless there are special circumstances, the normal delivery time is within 15 days from the date of receiving the deposit. Special circumstances can be discussed. Please order with us 15–20 days in advance to ensure we can deliver normally.
5. Regarding shipping schedule:
Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is within 5 to 15 days after receiving the deposit. On-time delivery is our top priority when shipping!
6. Regarding payment methods:
On the premise of ensuring the quality of the goods, we charge 30-50% of the contract amount or the value of the goods as a deposit. The remaining payment is made after the goods are produced and inspected by the customer, after which we can arrange shipment. Once the deposit or the remaining payment has been arranged, please notify us promptly to avoid delaying production and delivery times.
7. Shipping Method:
Shipping can be done via express delivery or logistics services. Common express partner companies include SF Express, Shun Tong, Yuantong, MSN, Huitong Express, and Tiantian Express. Logistics partner companies include Zhongyuan Logistics, Wangwang Joint Logistics, and others. Please confirm the quantity and check for any damage upon receipt by the buyer.
