After the manufacturer confirms the sketch files, the customer pays the prototype fee, and the manufacturer makes the prototype and sends it to the customer. After the customer confirms the sample, they sign the production contract and pay a 30% deposit. Then the manufacturer produces the bulk order. After the bulk production is completed, the customer can inspect the goods (take photos or send the bulk sample for customer confirmation or personally inspect the goods) and pay the balance. The manufacturer then arranges the shipment to the customer.
