About the products: Our store only wholesale and does not retail. We require a full case order, with a minimum of 5 cases to ship. All products are
Excluding freight, please contact customer service to modify the freight after placing an order. Tax points are required for invoicing.
About transportation: Our store defaults to shipping by logistics with payment on delivery. You can pick up the goods at the logistics center. If you have any other requirements (such as prepaid shipping, delivery to your door, etc.), please consult our customer service.
About packaging: All products in our store are packaged in ordinary cardboard boxes. If you require additional wooden frames, wooden pallets, or any other special requirements, please communicate with us in advance.
About damage: Ceramics are fragile items and cannot be guaranteed to be completely undamaged in any shipping method. If you find any damage upon receipt, please take photos as evidence and contact us within three days. We will compensate for 50% of the damaged goods' price, but we will not replace the goods. Claims after the sale deadline will not be compensated. We only assume responsibility for damage caused by the logistics we use for transportation. Damage caused by secondary transportation after the product is signed for is not our responsibility.
