3: Are the products listed in stock? What if there is a shortage? If you have a large number of products or they are heavy, we recommend sending them by logistics service. Logistics in Yiwu covers almost all parts of the country. You can visit www.156.net to check if it reaches your city. For direct delivery to cities, the shipping cost is approximately $10–$25 per item, and it will arrive within 2–3 days after shipment. For cities requiring transit, the shipping cost is around $25–$35 per item, and the items will reach you in 5–7 days. The shipping costs are for reference only, and the actual charges will depend on the specific rates set by each shipping department.
If you have a specific shipping method specified, please indicate the shipping address and contact number in the notes; otherwise, we will ship randomly and try to deliver to the nearest shipping station closest to you. For customers who have difficulty picking up their items or live in the city center, it is recommended to choose Jiji or Deppon logistics, as these two carriers have unloading points throughout the city center and can also deliver to your doorstep, with additional delivery fees applied.
Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges due to quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping cost. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost. We do not accept expensive logistics services such as Deppon or Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu. If these regulations are violated, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. No returns or exchanges will be provided if there are no quality issues.
2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3. In case the customer specifies the product color or style, we will do our best to meet their requirements, but not necessarily. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns and exchanges and have the customer bear the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
5.
