Sample Description

1. Only after we have a clear understanding of your specific order intentions (including the quantity and printing requirements) can we provide you with the relevant product samples. Due to the limited inventory of samples, we regret to inform you that we are unable to establish a gift website or store samples for a newly established gift company to provide options for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

2. For all sample requests to our company, whether the product is large or small, or the quantity is large or small, a deposit for the sample is required.

3. After the formal contract is signed, the sample deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the ordered products, which means that the sample is free of charge to you.

4. After our company receives the relevant payment, we will arrange to send out the product samples immediately.
