Question: What are your current stock items? How are the quality? What is the solution for quality problems that are discovered?
Answer: Regular spot black, white, and some colored. The quality is different depending on the thickness, density, and requirements of the customer, which affects the quality effect of the weaving.
If you find any loose or pulled threads or oil stains, please call to inform us so that we can replace them in time.
Question: What is the process for custom-made products at your factory, and how long is the lead time?
Answer: The customer requires the goods to be made according to the sample color and quality. First, send the quality sample to the factory to confirm the number of D for warp and weft yarn, and prepare the yarn to make a head. Then, change the machine to wear the yarn and adjust the machine to produce. Regarding the delivery time, it usually takes about 4 days for black and white fabrics with a quantity of 50,000 yards or less. During this time, you can send some parts first. The machine is continuously weaving. For colored fabrics, it takes 2-3 days for dyeing.
Question: Do you have price advantages? Are the socks full pairs?
Answer: Customers' requirements for different weights and thicknesses result in different prices; black, white, and colored options also have differences. The online price is a reference, and the specific price is available by calling: 13750972806.
Regarding the packaging issue, we pack each dish with sufficient rice, and if individual customers require a packaging with insufficient rice for export purposes, we will pack according to their requirements.
Question: Why does each custom-made color order typically exceed the actual order by 200-300 yards?
Answer: Because the yarn is delivered to the dyeing factory by the kilogram for dyeing, there is material loss during the dyeing process, and there is also loss in the production process, so the preparation of materials is not as accurate. Please understand! Thank you!
