Answer: Standard in stock in black, white, and some colored versions. The quality varies depending on the customer’s requirements for thickness, density, and other specifications.

 Question: What is the process for custom products, and what is the delivery time?

 Answer: The customer requires products made according to the sample color and quality. First, send the quality sample to the factory. After reviewing it, determine the number of deniers for warp and weft threads, then prepare the yarn for spinning. The machine will be adjusted and used for production. Regarding delivery time, typically it takes about 4 days for orders under 50,000 yards in black or white; partial deliveries can be sent during this period. The machine continues to operate during weaving. For colored items, dyeing takes 2–3 days.

Regarding the packaging issue, we use full-meat packaging for each dish. However, some customers request foreign trade standard underweight packaging, so we will pack according to that requirement.

 Question: Why is the quantity for custom-made colors always 200–300 yards more than the actual order?

 Answer: This is because when dyeing yarn, it is delivered to the dyeing factory by weight. During the dyeing process, there are losses due to material consumption, and there are also losses during the manufacturing process. Therefore, the prepared materials are not precise.
