3. Do not open the box in front of the courier. If you open the box in front of the courier and there is any death, there will be no after-sales service. Please take a complete unboxing video, and if there is no complete unboxing video, there will be no after-sales service.Please contact us within 2 hours after receiving the goods. After we receive the photos and unboxing video, we will reply to you and compensate you in cash according to the compensation standard to your Alipay account.
4. The store is only responsible for deaths during transportation. Due to the varying levels of personal breeding skills, we will not be responsible for any casualties after the fish are put into the tank. If you encounter any questions during your normal feeding process, feel free to consult at any time.。We only assume responsibility for deaths during transportation, not for deaths during breeding. After you make the payment, you must clean your pond and fish tank once, removing all the original fish, and then disinfect the pond or tank and all equipment with potassium permanganate. Rinse with clean water and then fill with tap water, not pond water, as pond water contains bacteria. After adding water, make sure the filtration pump and oxygenation equipment are operating, waiting for the fish to arrive.
When you receive the fish, please do not open the package immediately. First, tear off the packaging box and take out the fish bag. Place the fish bag into the water in the pond or tank and let it stand for about half an hour. In northern areas, it must be at least one hour to allow the water temperature in the bag to balance with that in the pond or tank. Then, open the bag. You must add the prescribed amount of pond medicine according to the instructions to the bag, and then slowly add water from the tank or pond using a spoon. It is best to add water until there are bubbles. When the water in the bag is more than half full, you can gently catch the fish with a net and place them in the tank or pond. Note: Do not put the water in the bag into the tank or pond, this is the safe way to add the fish.

When you open the packaging to prepare to record a video of the fish, do not immediately open the oxygen bag. First, record a video or take a photo. Then, follow the above steps to release the fish. After that, remove the dead fish, cut off their tails, and place them side by side on the newspaper! Take a photo and send it to us. If the fish die, we will bear 90% of the responsibility. After we receive the photos, we will reply to you and compensate you with an equal quality and specification of fish as the number of fish you lost. The freight cost for the compensation fish will be shared equally by both parties. If there is any need for compensation, we are only responsible for the price of the fish itself and not for the compensation of transportation costs.
The fish will arrive safely at your location, and you must carefully follow the steps to put them into the pond. If the fish die after being put into the pond, we will not assume any responsibility for compensation. However, if you notice any abnormal behavior in the fish after they are put into the pond, please call us for advice. We will help you and guide you on how to handle the situation.
If the fish in the package exceeds 5,000 yuan in value and dies, you must freeze it and we have the right to verify it before making a decision on compensation.
Regarding the issues of the death report exceeding the time limit or the damage caused by the customer's negligence to the fish, we will not be able to make any compensation. If you need to import fish, we will also handle it in the same way, but the time you have after receiving the fish is only 5-6 hours. Please make sure you calculate it before purchasing.
Regarding the assurance of imported fish, we guarantee the quality and specifications of the fish you choose. Each box of fish comes with a fish farm invoice and a quality guarantee certificate, so you can rest assured when making your purchase.
