Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer; they become effective from the time of ordering. If any objections arise, please confirm with customer service before placing another order. 

1. Regarding Shipping
1. After the customer places an order and pays, delivery is typically arranged within 2 days. Orders placed or paid after 16:30 each day will be shipped the next day; if delivery cannot be completed promptly due to special reasons, we will contact the buyer immediately to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.

2. The store defaults to using standard shipping for delivery, with the cost paid by the recipient. If express shipping is required, please contact customer service to have the shipping cost adjusted and noted accordingly. If the goods are returned due to incorrect buyer information or phone/address errors, the customer must cover the round-trip shipping costs.

II. Regarding Prices
All product prices in the store are ex-factory prices, excluding shipping fees and any other costs; if a company or shop requires sample confirmation, the sample fee is charged based on the product price. The shipping cost will be paid by the buyer upon delivery. The sample fee may be returned depending on the order status. For details, please contact [person/team] when collecting the sample.

III. Regarding Delivery

1. The transportation company is only responsible for delivering the products to the designated location. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count them in front of the transportation company staff upon arrival and confirm accuracy before signing for delivery. For goods worth more than 300 yuan, please complete the counting within 24 hours after signing for delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately for assistance.

2. If there is any shortage of goods, please leave us a message within 24 hours after receipt. We will verify the situation for you as soon as possible. If the package is damaged, missing, or damaged, please take photos as evidence, reject the shipment, and contact us for further action.

3. We will do our best to strengthen the packaging of your goods to minimize damage, but normal shipping losses of 2–3% are difficult to avoid. In case of any damage, we will resolve it by providing replacement parts during the next order, rather than sending a separate replacement item. Please understand.

IV. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Our store does not support unreturned items without reason. If return is necessary due to the buyer’s personal reasons, the return and shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Additionally, the product will be refunded at 20% off the original price.

2. If a replacement order is required due to the buyer’s personal reasons, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the item. The replaced product must not affect our secondary sales, and the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.
