If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the loss and manual costs caused by the return of the product are large, and the refund is 80% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services without quality problems for more than 1 month. If you have any questions, you can consult our customer service assistant. (2) Quality problem returns and exchanges:

If the cumulative number of products with quality problems in wholesale reaches 10 pieces, we will replace them with new products, and the logistics freight costs will be borne by our store (for specific details, please contact our online customer service). If you do not meet the requirements and want to return the goods in advance, the transportation costs for both ways will be borne by the buyer!

(3) Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product wear of 2% is within the normal range, and we will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair them, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which are not reasons for return or exchange.
