• Care Products: Before going out or wearing your wig daily, you can lightly spray a layer of wig care liquid or conditioner. This will enhance shine, reduce frizz, and make your hair more compliant.

3. Styling and Wearing: Maintain the Style

• Reduce heat damage: human hair wigs can be styled with low-temperature tools, but synthetic wigs should avoid using curling irons or straightening tools unless they are heat-resistant, as high temperatures will melt the hair directly.

 Express delivery: Customers who place orders before 2 PM can have their goods shipped that same day, while those who place orders after 2 PM will have their goods shipped the next day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority arrangement.

  Logistics: Orders placed before noon can be shipped that day. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.

  Note: Due to the variety of products, it is inevitable that there will be stockouts, which may cause inconvenience to our customers. Please understand. If the customer's product is below 30%, we will not notify the customer to send out the existing goods. The rest of the stockout products will be sent in time after arrival.

Out of Stock

 After the customer receives the product, they should immediately check if it matches the order. If there are any discrepancies, please contact our customer service on the same day. If the discrepancy is more than 3 days, the company will handle it according to the situation.

9. Returns and exchanges.

 Customers can exchange or return the goods within one week for free, and they will bear the return freight themselves. If the customer exceeds one week but does not affect the second sale, a 10% depreciation fee will be deducted. If it exceeds one month, a 30% depreciation fee will be deducted.
