For sizes over 4mm, the wrenches are generally straight. The heat treatment process cannot be controlled or avoided, and this does not affect the use. This does not qualify as a defective product. For customers with high requirements, we suggest contacting customer service for processing. For customers who cannot accept this, they can return the product at their own expense.

Product Diameter Length Introduction:

 Example: 1.5mm nickel plated and quenched hardened (17*45) 1.5mm refers to the side-to-side diameter of a hexagon, nickel plating refers to the electroplating color of the product appearance, which is either zinc plating, quenching and hardening refers to the high-temperature heat treatment and hardening process for the product, and the parentheses contain the short side length of the inner hexagon of 17 * the long side length of 45.

Product Diameter Error Issue:

          Example: 3mm zinc-plated non-quenched (18*52), 3mm refers to the inner hexagon diameter. The inner hexagon 3mm is not a standard 3mm, with an error of about 0.2-0.3mm. In order to make the wrench slightly smaller to facilitate insertion, the wrench diameter is larger than the screw mouth. If you need a standard diameter, please do not purchase. If you need a standard diameter and cannot accept errors, you will need to pay for the return shipping.

 Product Length Deviation Issue ：

          Example: 1.5mm nickel plated quenched and tempered (17*45) The length of the brackets sometimes changes when we receive a new batch of goods. The short side is 17mm and the long side is 45mm, and there may be some batches that differ by 2-5mm. For example, the short side can be 2-5mm longer or shorter, and the long side can be 2-5mm longer or shorter. This is because the length of the cut is slightly different for each batch. This is within the normal error range. If you need an accuracy of 0mm, please contact the customer to confirm the exact length of the batch at the time of purchase. If you cannot accept any errors and need to return the goods, please contact the customer to arrange for the return shipping. Thank you.
