Except for special circumstances, the store generally does not offer free shipping. In many cases, the shipping cost is higher than our profit. When you purchase products from our store, they are all shipped by YTO Express by default. Most shipping costs are automatically set by the system, and there is no need to change them after purchase. For a few items, you need to contact the customer service to change the price. Large items can also be shipped by freight.

5. About the shipping time:
The shipping time for our store is around 3:00 PM every day. All orders that have been paid will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, possibly the same day or the next day, to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Due to the large daily shipment volume, we ship based on the order placement sequence, and we appreciate your understanding. After-sales Service Terms:

Article 6: Details of After-sales Exchange and Return Policy:
1. All products in our store are directly sold by the factory, not retail on Taobao. Please do not ask for the after-sales service of Taobao on Alibaba. That is, Alibaba does not support a 7-day return policy without any reason.

2. If you encounter any quality issues with the products, please contact our customer service within two working days from the receipt of the goods (for large volume customers, you can communicate with the customer service in advance, and we will handle it accordingly). Customers who are not satisfied with the product can contact our customer service within two working days from the receipt of the goods to apply for returns and exchanges. After consultation, the goods should be returned within one working day. If the goods are not returned within this time, a 20% depreciation fee will be deducted. If the goods are not returned within 3 days, a 30%-50% depreciation fee will be charged! If the goods are not returned or signed within one week after the receipt, the returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted!

3. For any errors in the goods we send, the buyer must contact the seller within 2 working days after receiving the goods to communicate the handling method. If the problem is raised after this time, it will be considered that the buyer has accepted the product as shipped without any errors!

4、Regarding the missing items on our side, due to the large volume of wholesale shipments unlike retail, it is inevitable that one or two products may be missed in a certain package. Please contact us immediately, and we will verify the discrepancy and either 1) refund the shortfall to your Alipay account, or 2) reduce the difference in the next order to compensate for the missing items from the previous shipment. We do not support re-deliveries as sometimes the shipping costs for one or two pieces of clothing can sometimes be higher than the actual value. (At the same time, we would like to clarify: before each shipment, we will carefully pack and weigh the goods. If your order is short, as each pair of pants weighs the same, we will need you to weigh the items to verify if there really is a shortfall. We will also confirm the weight with the courier company. After receiving the goods, please confirm that the product packaging is intact to avoid any issues during shipping. If it is our factory that has made a mistake, we will take full responsibility and handle the situation for you. However, if some of our customers feel they can try to be clever, please weigh the items yourself, as both the courier company and our factory have weight records. To avoid any inconvenience or embarrassment for you, we do not want to see you lose face.)

5. The following situations do not provide a return service: after the goods are signed for, more than one week, out-of-season products, products that affect second-hand sales, and products that have been removed from the shelves.

6. If the buyer does not contact us in advance and returns the over-due or non-compliant products without authorization, we will charge a depreciation fee of 30%-50%.

7. The following issues do not belong to quality problems: too large, too small, too thin, too thick, transparent, incorrect size, color difference, inappropriate size, asymmetry, poor fabric quality, poor workmanship, loose threads, inappropriate fit, uncomfortable to wear.

8. Return shipping fees: if there are quality issues, the shipping fee will be borne by our side; if there are no quality issues, the buyer will bear the cost. However, when buyers return goods, they will need to help pay for the shipping fee in advance. If there are quality issues and the goods are returned, the shipping fee will be refunded to you after receiving the goods!
