Payment Method:
Product Return:
1. If the product has quality problems (under non-human damage conditions), the buyer can return the defective products in bulk, waiting until a certain number of defective products have accumulated before sending them back in one batch. The replaced products can also be sent back with the next order.
2. Please send us the products that need to be returned, correctly fill in the form (indicating the contact name, address, and the problem with the product), and we will return the product to you according to the contact address you have filled in.
3. Our side is not responsible for the round-trip freight of product return, and the customer needs to pay by themselves.
Return and Exchange Issues:
1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods (usually 3 months to 1 year warranty). If quality problems occur within the warranty period, under non-human damage conditions, new replacements can be made (depending on the degree of damage to the product appearance). The warranty period is subject to the validity period of the warranty label pasted on the product (Note: During the warranty period, please keep the warranty label clear, complete, and undamaged by human).Customer's unsold products, if needed for returns or exchanges (the premise of return or exchange is that the goods must be intact and undamaged, with no signs of damage or wear), the customer must contact our staff within 15 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the time limit is exceeded, and the product does not have any quality issues, it is not possible to make a return or exchange. 3. For damage caused by human error, or damaged packaging, it is not possible to make a return or exchange, but special circumstances can be negotiated. 4. If the buyer discovers a problem with the product immediately after receiving it (e.g., the wrong product model, missing accessories, etc.), they must contact us within 24 hours of signing the receipt.
