If there is an occasional stockout that we fail to update in time, we guarantee that we will contact you promptly by phone or Alipay Messenger to obtain your consent before taking any action. We appreciate your understanding.
2. About color difference issues.
All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are requested to try the products on in our physical store before placing an order.
3. Return and exchange handling.
When the buyer receives the goods, please check the product carefully. If there are quality problems such as frame breakage, peeling, or large areas of scratches on the lenses, you can contact the customer service for return and exchange. If it exceeds 15 days, our store will not accept return and exchange. Because we are wholesale from the factory, we cannot guarantee that each product is perfect, and there may be small imperfections. The return freight cost needs to be borne by the buyer, and we hope you can understand!
4、关于订货的。

The minimum order quantity for our eyeglasses varies by style. For product quotation, please inform us the export country or region, and specify the required quantity. The larger the quantity, the greater the discount and benefits.
5、关于LOGO.
LOGO printing and hanging cards, barcodes, and various packaging can be custom-made according to customer requirements. The price will be negotiated based on customer requirements. Quantity discounts are available, and the prices for flower packaging, bottom support, two-color, and plated diamonds will be calculated separately.
6. Payment Method.
