We can customize your hats based on the samples or drawings you provide.
4. May I ask what types of fabric hats can you custom-make?
Our factory uses 100% cotton twill fabric quite often, with dozens of colors to choose from. If the quantity exceeds a certain amount, we can dye the fabric according to the customer's specified color code. We can also find the corresponding fabric in the market based on the customer's original sample or requirements.
5. What is the minimum order quantity for custom-made hats?
Due to the various requirements of our customers, we have different styles available. If our existing styles are used, the minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style and color. Of course, if the customer needs a smaller quantity and has sufficient budget, we can help to make it for the sake of long-term cooperation. If the customer needs to customize their designs, the minimum order quantity per style and color is 500 pieces.

Normal packaging is one bag for 25 or 50 hats, and one carton for 500 hats. The carton size is 90X95X40CM. For any special packaging, please consult the relevant business personnel.

When the guest meets one of the above three conditions, we can arrange for a sample.
The guest first chooses the fabric, our company arranges the sample, the sample fee is 200 yuan per color per model, if there are other special requirements, please consult the relevant business personnel for the sample fee. The sample time is 5-7 days, if the large order is placed for 1000 pieces, the sample fee can be refunded.

For orders of less than 3,000 units, the lead time is 10-15 days. For orders of more than 3,000 units but less than 10,000 units, the lead time is 20-25 days.
