1. Can you customize the size as you wish? 

The size can be custom-made at will. For products with rounded corners, hollow centers, and non-standard shapes, a die-cutting tool is required, and the die-cutting fee needs to be paid.

2. How do you calculate the unit price of your products?

Usually, the unit price is calculated based on the square number. If it's a single product excluding packaging, it's calculated based on the square unit price.

3. What is the maximum width of your products, including the length?

We can generally achieve a width of 2.5 meters, and for special cases, we can reach 3.5 meters. The length is unlimited, usually ranging from 20 meters, 50 meters, 100 meters, to 200 meters, etc.

4. What is the standard weight per square meter for your products?

Small check patterns are usually 330 grams in weight, large check patterns are 200 grams in weight, water wave patterns are 200 grams in weight, diamond patterns are 200 grams in weight, double diamond patterns are 330 grams in weight, and they can also be custom-made according to the pattern.

5. What is the typical thickness of your products? What is the maximum thickness they can reach?

Our products generally have a thickness of over 2MM, and the thickness varies according to the pattern. The thickest can reach about 4MM.

7. What is the packaging type of your product?

Based on customer requirements for different packaging, the roll material is packaged in a plastic bag plus a woven bag; the sheet material is packaged in a cardboard box. For larger sizes, the roll is packaged with a waist seal plus a cardboard box, and for even larger sizes, it is folded, taped with a self-sealing bag, and then packaged in a cardboard box. The specific packaging method is determined according to the customer's needs.

8. Does your product come with free shipping? Is there a minimum order quantity? 

Our products are shipped for free when the quantity reaches 1000 pieces in the Pearl River Delta. For other regions or less quantity, shipping is not included. Additionally, for different colors and specifications, the general minimum order quantity is 2000 square meters or more. The unit price is the same for different colors; however, if the minimum order quantity is not met, you can combine orders, but the delivery date and unit price will be slightly different.

How long is the typical lead time for your products?

If it's an in-stock item or a standard product with black squares, it can be delivered the same day or within 2~3 days. If it's a custom order, it usually takes 7~10 days to deliver. For special packaging, it may take a little longer, about 15 days.
