About Color Difference

Because everyone's display settings and resolutions are different, along with other factors, digital images will have some color differences, whether more or less. We believe that whatever we do should be genuine, so we hope to capture the details of the objects as realistically as possible through the images, so that what you get is what you see. Both the flat layout and the detailed images are all taken from our own physical objects.

We have been continuously improving the photography effects, but due to differences in camera, display parameters, and lighting factors, it is still difficult to avoid color differences between the actual item and the photo. Therefore, please refer to the actual color of the item.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges:

1. If the goods are damaged, sent incorrectly (in terms of color, style), missing, have large stains, or are severely damaged to the point of being unsaleable, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate the handling. If our company determines that the problem is indeed due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by our company. We refuse to accept payment on delivery, so please pre-pay the shipping costs for us. The expenses will be directly transferred to your designated Alipay account through Alipay. (Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept the return).

2. The following circumstances do not allow returns or exchanges:

1. Occasionally, small bubbles, scratches, or minor imperfections that do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyeglass factories cannot avoid such problems, and there is no such thing as a perfect product.

2. Man-made defects, product color differences, slow logistics, poor service attitude of the logistics company.

3. Buyer's subjective judgment issues (e.g., do not like, different from what I imagined, different from others, material does not meet the imagination, poor hand feeling, looks not high-grade, etc.)

4. The color of the goods sent before and after may differ, as the batches are different each time, it is difficult to ensure that the product color is exactly the same as the previous batch.

5. Do not want to sell, difficult to sell, cannot sell, caught by the city management, cannot sell, etc.
