新购的蛋糕模具首次使用前，先用清水浸泡清洗干净，抹干水后在模具内壁抹
上少许油脂，在烤箱中慢火（约150度）烤约5分钟，这样更能确保产品不粘的耐用性。
请用柔软抹布清洗，硬质的清洁工具或干硬抹布会划伤表面的不粘涂层。
阳极处理是对铝合金模具进行表面膜处理的技术,它们的共同目的是为了防止铝制模具在高温下游离出来,起到隔离的作用,从而不会损害人体健康。阳极涂层是一层电镀膜,在铝合金表面做了一层保护层，使得铝合金不容易分解和析出，因此无论对模具还是对人体，都有一个保护作用,但是质地相对较软,怕划伤,注意不要用硬质的东西清洗。
阳极表面处理特性:

2.不氧化---干净、卫生、使用寿命长
3.卫生---符合食品卫生要求
4.强度高，具有9-11度硬度，坚固耐用
5.材质轻，比重只有铁质的1/3，更轻巧

阳极产品使用说明：
1. 新购买的阳极处理的器具在使用前，需先将内部洗净，再用温火烘干后，方可上油使用。
2. 每一次烘烤完成后，请用软抹布或软质塑料刮板，清除残留在器具中的残余物。
3. 器具使用一段时间，最好用温水加入少量中性洗洁精将残留物用软抹布彻底清洗一次。
阳极产品使用注意事项：
1. 请勿使用尖锐金属品，百洁布及化学清洁剂擦拭。
2. 请勿在水中或清洁剂中浸渍过久。
3. 使用时要上下取放，储存堆积时要小心轻放，尽量避免因操作不慎而引起的碰撞、摩擦，造成不沾涂层磨损或刮伤。
4. 阳极处理器具的烘烤温度低于250度，尽量保证受热均匀，且不可以空烧。
