Shopping Information购物说明

About shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after being placed. Before sending, our staff will carefully inspect them, and there may be some minor deviations. Please understand, as many of the items are small accessories and are handmade. Thank you!

About Express Delivery: Our store defaults to using ZTO Express for delivery. For Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, we use SF Express. If you have any special requirements, please make sure to note them in your order! Any losses or expenses caused by a delivery error due to forgetting to make a note will be borne by the buyer. Shipping fees are charged according to the standard fees of the courier company. If you have any objections to the reasonableness, you can log in to the official websites of the courier companies to check. For large items, you can contact customer service to send logistics. Thank you!

About stockouts: If there are stockouts in your order, we will leave a message. Please apply for a return if you receive it, or make an Alipay transfer. We do not re-send items worth less than 100 yuan if there are stockouts.

（If the item can be exchanged for a refund, or if there is no stock, please note that the refund will be processed directly without further contact.）

Regarding the order: If there are more than 50 products, the order needs to be submitted in batches, and the shipping fee is only calculated once.

Regarding color differences: All products are 100% photographed from actual items. Due to the reasons of photography, computer monitors, and lighting, there may be color errors. Please understand! If buyers cannot accept color differences, they can first order samples to view them, and then place orders if they can accept them.

About damage: If you receive a parcel with a severely deformed or bent outer packaging, do not sign it immediately. You can request to open the package for inspection. This is our right, and the courier company cannot refuse. If the damage is severe, please refuse to accept it. We will contact the courier company to claim compensation.

About after-sales service: If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will help you answer in the shortest time possible. Please do not leave random negative or positive reviews, communicate at any time, and we hope to achieve win-win cooperation with integrity!
