
Purchasing Terms and Conditions:
1. Manufacturer Supply: Direct sales from the manufacturer, with a short production cycle and guaranteed product quality. Due to market circulation needs, most products are sold in neutral packaging. Customers with special requirements or custom orders are advised to contact customer service. Customers who do not contact customer service and directly purchase the product indicate their acceptance of the product.
2. Regarding sizes: Sizes are measured manually, and there may be some errors due to different measuring tools and methods. This is unavoidable. If you have strict requirements for sizes, please consult the customer service before placing an order.
3. Regarding colors: All the products in our store are photographed with actual items. The colors have been professionally checked and are as close as possible to the flat lay images. However, due to differences in color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, there may be some color differences. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy.
4. About Shipping: Due to our large shipment volume and the fluctuation of our inventory, please contact our customer service to confirm if the product is in stock before making a purchase. All products do not include shipping fees; please contact customer service for the specific shipping cost. For the highball glass products, wooden crates are required for shipping, and each crate costs 10 yuan.
5. About returns: Due to the machine pressing of the glass cups, there may be a few bubbles and material lines, but these bubbles and lines are within the range of international glass industry standards. The bubbles and lines are not product defects, but characteristics of the glass. Each product has a different size and thickness, which are normal phenomena. For the droplet head, bubbles, willows, material lines, these phenomena are not quality problems of the product. Those who have high requirements for glass should be cautious, and if there are problems with returns, they need to bear the round-trip freight and damage.
6. About the border of the gold: The gold border is hand-drawn, and the occasional uneven color is a normal phenomenon. It is not recommended to clean it with steel wool, and avoid scratching with sharp objects.
7. About damage: Glass products are fragile and a damage rate of 3% is considered normal. If the damage exceeds 3%, you can contact customer service to return the damaged goods. Within 24 hours of signing, provide photos of the damage (the same photo must clearly show all the damaged items), and we will promptly consult with you to resolve the issue. If there are no photos, it will be considered as a waiver.
8. Free shipping: except for areas affected by the pandemic, places like Xinjiang, Tibet, Hainan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau will not ship after purchase. Please consult the customer service for shipping costs. If you make a purchase without communication, it will be defaulted to send by SF Express on a collect basis.
