Quality Problem
2. Please send us the products that need to be repaired, please fill in correctly (indicating the contact name, address, phone number and the problem with the product), and we will return the products to you according to the contact address you have filled in.

Exchange problem:
1. Different products have different warranty periods (usually 3 months to 1 year). 交易说明:
1. For single items, you can directly purchase and pay through Alipay without notifying the shop owner. The shop owner will ship the goods in time according to the information you registered. 10. Warranty and After-sales Service (Fifth-star Level)
For products purchased from our store, if any quality issues arise within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact the store owner immediately. We will offer a free exchange for a brand new product, including return shipping costs. If quality issues occur within 3 months, each party will bear their own shipping costs. After 3 months, the buyer is responsible for both ways of warranty shipping costs.
