Before Placing an Order:
1. Logistics freight: The products in the store do not include shipping. Default courier: Yunda Express, Best Express, YTO Express, etc. Express default: Yimidida Express, Best Express, etc. Logistics default: dedicated logistics, general logistics, dedicated logistics, self-pickup freight to be paid. (Delivery to the door is an additional charge.) (If you need to make a wooden crate or pallet, the cost will be borne by the buyer.)
2. Flaw issues: Color differences may occur due to the inevitable production batch. Ceramic handcrafted works often have black spots, bubbles, pinholes, or lack of glaze, which are all normal manual flaws. Those who are sensitive to these should be cautious when purchasing. (Note: If there are serious quality problems that cannot be sold, please take photos and send them to the customer service within 48 hours.)
3. About returns and exchanges: If you receive the goods and they are not suitable, you do not like them, or you do not want them, etc. The shipping and return fees must be borne by the buyer, and the fee for refusing to accept the fee is to be paid. (Note: If the transportation is damaged or affects the next sale, the buyer must bear the cost of the product price.)
4. About missing items: If you find any missing items after receiving the shipment, you must take photos of all the packaging boxes and the delivery receipt within 48 hours after signing for the delivery. Send the photos to our customer service, and we will verify and either send the missing items or refund your money.
5. Regarding damage: Ceramics are fragile and damage may occur during transportation. If there is any damage, please take photos and send them to customer service within 48 hours. After confirmation, a refund or a replacement can be arranged for you.
6. All prices of products in the store are exempt from tax. Additional tax points will be added for invoices.
