Before the newly purchased cake mold is used for the first time, soak it in clean water. Dry it thoroughly, then apply a little oil on the inner wall of the mold. Then place it in the oven.
Roast at a low temperature (about 150 degrees) for approximately 5 minutes, which helps ensure the durability of the product.

Anode treatment is a technique for surface coating processing of aluminum alloy molds. Their common purpose is to prevent the aluminum mold from decomposing at high temperatures, thereby providing a protective barrier and avoiding harm to human health. The anode coating is a electroplated layer that forms a protective layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy, making it less likely to decompose or precipitate. Thus, it offers protection both for the molds and for human health. However, it is relatively soft and may be scratched; be careful not to clean it with hard objects.
Anode product instruction manual:
1. Before using newly purchased anodized equipment, the interior must be cleaned, then dried with warm heat before applying oil.
2. After each baking process, use a soft cloth or soft plastic scraper to remove any residues remaining in the appliance.
3. After using the appliance for a period of time, it is best to mix warm water with a small amount of neutral dish soap and clean the residues thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Precautions for using anode products:
1. Do not use sharp metal objects, scrubbers, or chemical cleaners for cleaning.
2. Do not soak in water or detergent for an extended period.
3. When using it, handle it from top to bottom. During storage and stacking, handle it carefully to avoid collisions or friction caused by careless operation, which may lead to wear or scratches on the non-adhesive coating.
4. The baking temperature for the anode processing equipment should be below 250 degrees Celsius; efforts should be made to ensure uniform heating, and no idle heating is allowed.
