Anodic treatment is a surface coating technology for aluminum alloy molds. The common goal of these treatments is to prevent aluminum from leaching out at high temperatures, serving as a barrier, thereby protecting human health. Anodic coatings are a layer of electroplating film that forms a protective layer on the surface of aluminum alloy, making it less likely to decompose or leach out. Therefore, whether for the molds or for human health, there is a protective effect. However, the coating is relatively soft and can be scratched, so it is important to avoid using hard objects to clean it.
Anode Surface Treatment Characteristics:

Anode Product Usage Instructions:
1. Before using the newly purchased anodized equipment, it must be first cleaned inside, then dried with warm fire, and finally oiled before use.
2. After each baking, please use a soft cloth or a soft plastic scraping tool to remove any residual materials left in the equipment.
3. After using the appliance for a while, it is best to clean it thoroughly with a soft cloth using warm water mixed with a small amount of neutral detergent to remove any residuals.
Anode Product Usage Notes:
1. Please do not use sharp metal tools, scrubbing pads, or chemical cleaners to clean.
2. Do not immerse in water or cleaning agents for a long time.
3. When using, please handle with care, and when storing, be careful to place gently, and avoid accidental collisions or friction due to carelessness, which may cause wear or scratches to the non-stick coating.
4. The baking temperature of the anode processing equipment is lower than 250 degrees, and it is necessary to ensure uniform heating as much as possible, and it is not allowed to be burned empty.
