Their common purpose is to prevent aluminum molds from leaching out at high temperatures, serving as an isolation, thus avoiding harm to human health. Anode coating is a layer of electroplating film, which forms a protective layer on the surface of aluminum alloy, making it less likely to decompose and leach out. Therefore, whether for the mold or for human health, it provides a protective function, but it is relatively soft and prone to scratching. It is important to avoid using hard objects for cleaning. Hard coating has a harder texture, is black in color, is scratch-resistant and drop-resistant, has non-stick properties, can absorb heat faster, and effectively shorten baking time. Please note, hard coating and non-stick are not the same! Hard coating is a super-hard coating, which can be cut, scratched, or even cleaned with steel wool, without leaving scratches or marks. This function is particularly suitable for pie plates, pizza trays, etc. You can directly cut pies and pizzas with a knife, without worrying about damaging the container.
Surface treatment of hard molds has the following characteristics:
1. The surface hardness is harder than that of ordinary knives, and it is easy to clean.
2. The surface is gray-black, which can shorten the baking time and save costs.
3. Made of 1.5MM 3003 aluminum alloy, it has high strength and is not easily deformed, ensuring the stability of the product quality.

After purchasing a new cake mold for the first time, soak it in clean water to clean it, then wipe dry and apply a thin layer of oil to the inner wall of the mold.

Add a little oil, bake at a low temperature (about 150 degrees) for about 5 minutes in the oven, which will ensure that the product is more durable and non-stick.
