1. Orders under 100 yuan are considered retail and can be shipped. Once sold, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there are any transportation issues, they can be resolved through consultation. Please count and confirm the goods in front of the transportation company personnel before signing for them.
2. If the quality problem causes a functional shortage, and if replacement parts are needed, they will not be arranged separately. They must be ordered for the next shipment or the customer must bear the freight costs themselves.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect, the shipping costs for the return or exchange will be borne by the buyer. For orders weighing over 10kg, we will bear the shipping costs using standard logistics. If the return is made by courier, the shipping costs will be shared equally. Returns due to user error are not eligible for a refund. (Most issues can be resolved by replacing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires... Selling toys requires the ability to repair toys.)
2. For non-quality issues such as poor sales or not as expected, we will not provide exchange or return services.

Toys are not of high quality, and there are inevitable minor flaws such as chipping paint and color unevenness. These are not reasons for exchange or return, and perfectionists should avoid this product.

Please contact our after-sales service within 7 days after receiving the goods (time of receipt signature) to report any product issues. If there is no feedback on any after-sales issues beyond this period, we will not accept any responsibility. For quality issues, please accumulate the products and return them using ordinary logistics. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please contact our customer service first to register the handling of quality issues. If the accumulated products have not been registered, they will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
