      1. Shortage (when the quantity received is insufficient, and the single does not indicate that the goods have not been sent): 1. For goods worth less than 200 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If there is a shortage, please have the transportation company staff sign to confirm. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and compensate for the missing part of your goods.

     2、For goods worth over 200 yuan, please inform us within 24 hours after signing for the missing quantity. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to help you solve the problem. If you have not counted or have not informed us in time about the missing quantity, it will be considered as the correct quantity.

     3. Due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time, and if a short shipment occurs due to insufficient stock, we will refund you, or we will send them together with your next order, but we will not send them separately.

     4、Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other consignee) check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Delivery Issue:

1. If the courier refuses to open the package together to check, the solution is to keep the delivery receipt until you have completed the inspection and then return it to the courier.

2. Solution for courier refusing to sign to confirm the missing quantity: Just remember his phone number and name. Please read the above content carefully, as it is very important to you. If you cannot perform the above actions, we will be very sorry for any problems that arise, and we will be unable to help.

Return and Exchange:

 Return policy -- If the product itself has a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended function, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by proper cleaning and adjustment). For reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected, etc., which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality:

   All products are subject to multiple inspections before, during, and after production, including before shipment. Only after passing these inspections are they shipped. However, due to various unforeseen factors, the loss of product functionality may occur. Our company can only guarantee a 97% pass rate, with the remaining 3% falling within the scope of exemptions.

Image and actual item:

   The majority of product images are self-taken, which can more accurately reflect the actual product. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual items. Additionally, factors such as market changes may lead to adjustments to the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. by the factory. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

Other:

   We are not crafts, not art, not electrical appliances, but ordinary products. If you are strict with the product, please turn around elegantly and walk around gracefully.

Transportation:

  Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.

A. For small quantities of goods (samples), it is generally recommended to choose express delivery methods, such as EMS, SF Express, China United, YTO, etc. If the buyer has a fixed express company, please inform the seller in advance.

B. For large quantities of goods, we generally choose road freight services to transport to the city of your choice. Direct delivery to the city takes 1-5 days, and delivery to a transit city takes 5-7 days. (Due to objective reasons, some regions can only reach the city level.) We only provide pick-up points that are relatively close to our customers.

Our company will select the appropriate transportation method or the one you specify based on the actual quantity of the products you have ordered, and deliver them to the address you have specified.
