About detection and maintenance:

Before our company's products are shipped, they are carefully inspected to ensure that there are no problems. Generally, there will be no issues. However, due to the bumpy transportation and other reasons such as moisture, it is inevitable that some individual problems may occur. If there are any issues with the light not working or only dimly lit, please follow the following maintenance method:

Before inspecting, please ensure that the screw threads of the flashlight are tightened without looseness. If the screw threads are not tightened, it may also be the reason for not lighting or dimly lighting.

1. Check the battery:

Make sure the battery is charged and install it into the flashlight in the correct direction. Do not use batteries from different brands, and do not mix new and old batteries.

2. Determine the fault:

Remove the tail, expose the negative pole of the battery, connect the negative pole of the battery to the bare, unoxidized part of the flashlight body with a key or a piece of metal such as a pair of tweezers, and see if it lights up. If it works, it is a problem with the flashlight switch. Please check according to the steps 3, if it still does not work, please check if the solder joints between the circuit compartment and the circuit board are open or loose, if there is, please re-solder to solve the problem.

3. Check the tail cover switch:

Twist the tail of the flashlight, and you will see an outer ring of the switch copper cap with two indentations. Use scissors or a rigid pair of tweezers to insert them into the two indentations and rotate clockwise. Check if the switch pressure ring is loose, and ensure that the pressure ring is tightly pressed on the switch, with no looseness.

4. Check for contact issues:

When the flashlight does not work or there is poor contact, check if the bulb is loose, ensure that the switch is tightened and the contact is good, and make sure that the copper column on the tail cap and the metal piece of the pressure ring on the tail cap are in good contact.
